Network Administrator
Scott is a Network Administrator with the talent, resources and dedication to offer his TeamLogic IT customers A+ service. His success in hurricane disaster planning, execution and implementation for multiple companies is due to his calming and stable demeanor. Scott is always concerned about quality work; his vast experience as a master troubleshooter (setting up wired and wireless networks, implementing wireless security solutions and managing email communications) are his calling card. The ability to quickly and easily provide information and assistance to deliver exceptional customer service are his keys to success.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Scott was an Information Technology Specialist II for a local technology company where he was responsible for 300+ workstations and 15 servers (5 years). He was also an Independent IT Contractor (4 years) while earning his BA.
PHILANTHROPIC ACTIVITIES: Scott has donated time to assist in planning and implementing a new network from the ground up for our local Habitat for Humanity.
EDUCATION: Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Louisiana‐Lafayette and an Associate’s degree in Information Communication Technology‐Network Specialist from Louisiana Technical College. He has also earned CompTia A+ and Network + certifications.
